Q - Does your agency offer Individual service plans?

A - Yes, if you are requesting service for a family member or friend we will

                    provide you with the detailed information to help satisfy your request.

Q - Are there any hidden fees related to your services?

A - No, All service fees are contract specific. If you are considering our

                  services, you will have the opportunity 

                 to create a personalized service package. 

Q - Does your agency provide services after hours?

A - Yes, In these particular cases we do request some notice in advance. For 

                emergency situations we do our best to respond during your time of need.

Language Services

Q - Are your interpreters certified? 

A - Yes, W4W has an extraordinarily talented team of interpreters, both certified

                 and uncertified. All interpreters undergo an extensive application process.

                 This allows us to render a unique and personal form of communication for

      our clients.

Emergency Services

Q- How fast does your Agency respond?

A- Location and weather conditions may dictate in some cases. When

                requesting our service in an emergency situation we do our best to arrive on

                scene as soon as possible.

Q - Does your agency make hospital visits?

A - This is one of the most important services to remember as a client.

     Our agency takes it personal when your health is at risk. Although hospitals

                may have on staff translators, it is our job to interpret from beginning to end.

Transportation Services

Q- May I request the interpreter be present during time of pick up until time of

                drop off?

A- Yes, clients have the ability to combine services such as transportation with

                interpreter services in both a scheduled appointment and emergency

                situation.

Q- Does your agency have travel limitations.

A- During the enrollment of our transportation services we rely on you to

               identify your needs. If you are on a strict budget we will do our best to

               provide a reliable service within the established guidelines.  

Industries

Q- Your agency does not have my particular industry listed. Does that mean I

               can’t use your service?

A- Of course not. As you can imagine, it would take a lot of time to list every

                 industry and sub-organization. So we took the broad categories and listed

                 them to generalize your selection. Once you have contacted our enrollment

                 department your organization will be added. It pays to be the first. Ask your

                 service representative how.

Q-How do I become an a Language Specialist?

Q - Will I be full time or part time?

A - All agents are independent. Be sure to list your availability when filling out

                  the application form.
